👥 Maximum number of guests

Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to stay at the property!Unregistered guests are not permitted.

Parties and events are prohibited.

🚭 Smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.

🔑 Lost keys

Replacement fee in case of lost keys or remote controls.

⚡ Use of facilities

We turn off air conditioners, lights and electrical appliances when we are away.

We do not move furniture or equipment.

🧹 Cleanliness

Guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable condition.

Housekeeping service, including linen and towel changes, is provided every three days between 9.00 and 14.00.

Guests are kindly requested to allow access to the property during these hours.

Pets are not allowed 

💰 Damages

The guest is responsible for any damages caused during the stay.

Damages are charged based on the actual cost of restoration.

 

In case of early departure of the guest, no refund will be provided for the remaining nights of the reservation.
